NOTE:

  • The Package Cost given to you is subject to a minimum of 45 Passengers travelling together, if the Number of Travelling Passengers reduces the Package cost will vary and is subject to Increase
  • The quotation is subject to change for reasons beyond our control like change in hotel tariffs, increase in transportation cost, impact of hike in fuel charge, & any changes in local taxes etc.
  • Any Increase in the rate of exchange will lead to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure. Any increase in land cost due to any special event on the dates
  • ROE: calculated on the basis of USD =INR 00. Rate of Exchange will be considered as per the prevailing rate on the final payment day
  • Advance payment of INR 45, 000 should be paid at the time of booking with the
  • Cancellationdonewithin45 working days prior departure date, 100% of the total package cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • Cash/Cheque or DD should be in favor of “Prakruthi Holidays”
  • Prakruthi Holidays has all rights to change itinerary or provide the similar category of hotel due unavailability on final confirmation
  • In case of Visa Rejection –Visa Fees Service Charges +Cancellation charges will be Applicable

  • Extension of tour is subject to availability off light and hotel
  • Cost of any Airport transfer to joining and leaving guests
  • Any alterations in the itinerary can vary
  • If any applicants are called for the Personal Interview by the consulate the applicants should be present for the same, at the respective consulates on their own expense

CONDITIONS

 A nonrefundable deposit of INR 40, 000/- has to be paid at the time of booking. Balance amount should be paid 25 days prior to the departure.
