| • Prague-Madrid flight (approx. Euro 95 per person if booked D-90) • Visa fee for entry into respective countries covered in the itinerary (Schengen Visa can be availed at approx. INR 6400 per person) • Personal / Medical / Travel insurance covering the entire duration of the trip, as mandated by each country / state / city of visit, covered in this trip • Car/Coach for extra usage or for individual travel anywhere, other than for trips and excursions mentioned in the itinerary • Accompanying Tour Manager • Guide services not specified in the itinerary • Porterage Services at hotels, airport or train stations • Charges of infant/children as applicable • Wheelchair if required may be subject to charges and will be subject to availability • Personal expenses, in-room dining, mini bar consumption, special orders, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, extra meals, laundry, telephone calls or any incidentals • Extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the fixed tour itinerary • Camera Ticket Fee if and as applicable at the sightseeing spots • Any additional charges arising due to natural calamities, political disturbances, flight/train cancellation and/or missed train/flights are not included and may be charged if applicable • No refund against any unused services |
| EUC DRIVING REGULATION / LAW FOR DRIVERS |
| • Maximum working hours for driver is 12 hours per day, with 9 hours driving time • 45 minutes rest is mandatory after every 4-hour driving • 11-hour sleeping time is mandatory before start of another day |
| INFANT & CHILD POLICY |
| • Infants up to age of 23 months are FOC, if sharing parents’ bed/seat, except flight and train fares that will apply as per rules of the respective carriers • Children between the age of 2-12 years without extra bed will be charged 50% of the adult package price along with flight and train fares applicable as per rules of the respective carriers • Children between the age of 2-12 years with extra bed will be charged 85% of the adult package price along with flight and train fares applicable as per rules of the respective carriers • The infant and child policy is subject to change owing to hotel / carrier policies |
| BOOKING TERMS: • Booking can be done with 50% payment and balance to be paid 90 days before travel start date • Amount paid will be non-transferrable to any other passenger • Prices may change for bookings done later that 90 days from the start of the tour |
| CANCELLATION POLICY: • 10% of the total package cost will be charged if cancelled until 90 days before travel start date • 30% of the total package cost will be charged if cancelled 90-45 days before travel start date • Full package cost will be charged if cancelled within 45 days of the travel start date • Flights/Train tickets and Visa Charges are non-refundable |
