- 12:30 NoonCheck in at noon. Settle down and freshen up.
- 01:30-03:00 PMTreat yourself to a sumptuous lunch at the Gol Ghar
- 03:00 – 03:30 PMGear up for a ride into the Park with tea/ coffee served at the Gol Ghar
- 03.30 PM – 06.15 PMOur naturalists take you on a wildlife Safari in Vehicle & Boat safari into the Nagarhole National Park, showing & sharing their experiences and information about the jungle and all the animals that live there.
- 06:30 PMTea/ coffee served at the Gol Ghar
- 07.45 PMWatch a wildlife movie at the Viceroys building
- 08.30 PM – 10.00 PMBask in the warmth of the campfire, while you dine in the Gol Ghar, exchanging tales of the jungle with the other guests and our staff
- Day 2 :
- 06:00-06:30 AMWake up to a hot early morning cup of tea/coffee.
- 06:30-09:15 AMCruise through the serene backwaters of the River Kabini on a motor boat viewing sleepy crocodiles and chirpy birds, intent on their morning catch. View a variety of wildlife, especially the elephants, coming to the river for bath or a drink. ?Alternatively, you can go on a jeep safari to sight the animals, which means you can have the boat ride the evening before.
- 10:00 AMYour stay at Kabini is not over yet. A hearty brunch is what awaits you after your sojourn in the wild.
- 11:00 AMIf you must leave, we look forward to your next visit to discover what other secrets the jungle conceals.
- A nights stay is divided into Day 1 & Day 2. To experience the destination like it ought to be, we recommend you stay at Kabini for at least 2 nights.

By Rail : Nearest rail head is Mysore, which is 94 km away. This station is connected to Bangalore (Shatabdi Exp), Mumbai (Ajmer Ex), Delhi (Swarna Jayanti Ex), Kolkata (Howrah-Mysore Ex) and many other cities from all parts of the country. It is just 75 minutes drive from Mysore to Bandipur.

- 100% advance for confirmation.
- All request for cancellation of confirmed booking have to be received through email or in writing if booked at our office in Bangalore.
- 10% of the tariff, if cancelled two or more than two weeks before check in date/time.
- 50% of the tariff, if cancelled between 48hours to two weeks before check in date/time.
- No refund if cancelled less than 48hours before check in date/time.
- One postponement / Preponement is free if requested two or more than two weeks before check in date/time (Once postponed /preponed there is no further change or cancellation).
- 10% of the tariff, if requested between 48hours to two weeks before check in date/time.
- 50% of the tariff, if requested within 24hours to 48 hours before check in date/time.
- No modification, if requested within 24 hours to check in.
- Tariffs are per person per night on twin-sharing basis.
- Transfers to & from our resorts are not included in the tariff.
- Single occupancy charges are applicable.
- Tariff for children (accompanying parents) between 5 and 12 years is 50% discount on the tariff.
